State TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION of the shade structure on the drawings. S9. State OCCUPANT LOAD on drawings. S10. State CODES used on drawings. S11. Address accessibility requirements on drawings. S12. Provide adequate spot elevations to show accessibility. S13. Provide architectural details and specifications for the roof. S14. Architect verify Parcel number and address of site and coordinate on drawings and documentation. S15. Provide address on canopy per Pima County Addressing Ordinance and per IBC Section 501.2. S16. Clarify bottom of footing 18" minimum below existing grade on drawings vs 12" noted on S 0.1, per structural calculations and IBC Section 1805.2 as amended. S17. Provide connection detail/s for blocking to joists. S18. Since uplift loads are often critical with canopies, show full compliance with IBC Section 1609, including treatment of metal roof as both component and cladding and documentation of dead loads, as well as addressing proximity of canopy to adjacent existing building, classify canopy as open, enclosed or partially enclosed per Section 1609 and ASCE 7,Section 6.
