SUMMARY: The Grading Plan was reviewed by Development Services Department Engineering Division. The Grading Plan was not approved at this time.
Grading Plan comments:
1. Provide a copy of the approved site plan. The grading plan will not be approved until the site plan is approved.
2. Provide key notes for each landscape area to indicate that they will be depressed 6 inches for water harvesting.
3. Provide sidewalk scuppers to conduct roof drainage under the sidewalks up to a 10-year event.
