AECM SUBJECT: Grading Plan: Marriott Residence Inn - Airport REVIEWER: Loren Makus ACTIVITY NUMBER: T06BU00279 SUMMARY: The Grading Plans were reviewed by Development Services Department, Engineering Division on December 2, 2005. They were not approved at this time. 1. The site plan must be approved before the grading plans can be approved. 2. In the Building Plan Sheet A9.4 Detail 10 indicates that the downspouts will be directed to the storm sewer. The storm sewer must be shown on the Grading Plan and addressed in the Drainage Report. Otherwise, revise the detail to show how the downspouts will discharge. Show how the discharge will not be directed over the sidewalks. If scuppers are used under the sidewalk show them on the grading plan. 3. Provide general dimensions for all of the basins and other drainage features. This is necessary so the inspectors can effectively inspect the site. They often must use photo-reproductions that are not scaleable. 4. Show how stormwater harvesting will be maximized. 5. The SWPPP and Notice of Intent must be signed by an operator.
