RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan, Drainage Report and SWPPP.

The Grading Plan (GP) and Drainage Report (DR) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Grading Plan:
1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP.
2. Show the 100-year flood peak discharge.
3. Slopes of 3H: 1V require hand placed riprap or re-vegetation at a minimum. Show rip-rap on the x-sections of the basins along with mirafi filter fabric and the WSEL's.
4. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permission for placement of the rock rip-rap splash pads located within the Right-of-way.
5. Call out peak discharges entering and exiting the site.

Drainage Report:
1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the DR.
2. Show rip-rap on the x-sections of the basins along with mirafi filter fabric and the WSEL's.
3. Include the percolation test results with the next submittal. Grading plan approval will not be given until percolation tests results have been submitted and accepted.
4. Show the project address or administration address on the cover sheet of the DR.
5. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permission for placement of the rock rip-rap splash pads located within the Right-of-way.

Stormwater pollution prevention plan:
1. The SWPPP has been accepted by engineering, however, please re-submit the 4 SWPPP binders along with the SP and DR corrections.

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
