This submittal of the grading plan was not reviewed for the Floodplain Use Permit and Watercourse channel revision. Any changes to the associated plans must be reflected on this plan. In addition the following comments must be addressed. 1. In accordance with the project SWPPP, show the locations and specifications for erosion and sediment controls on the grading plan. 2. Provide general dimensions for the driveways and fill areas for the project. 3. Provide a geotechnical report supporting the cut slope steeper than 1V:2H. 4. Provide a detail of the interceptor swale at the toe of the cut slope. 5. Remove the extraneous callout for detail A-A that appears in the roadway. |
