This submittal of the grading plan was not reviewed for the Floodplain Use Permit and Watercourse channel revision. Any changes to the associated plans must be reflected on this plan. In addition the following comments must be addressed. 1. Clarify the key-notes. There are many references to notes that do not appear on the list and many of the references do not seem to match the listed notes when they are in the list. 2. Clarify the nature of the rip rap that will be placed on the slopes. Indicate whether it will be grouted, hand placed or dumped. Indicate the required average rock size and thickness of the rip rap. 3. In accordance with the project SWPPP, show the locations and specifications for erosion and sediment controls on the grading plan. 4. Provide general dimensions for the driveways and fill areas for the project. 5. Provide a geotechnical report supporting the fill slope steeper than 2:1. |
