The following conditions apply to the grading permit. GRADING PERMIT CONDITIONS: The following 19 conditions apply to grading permit T06BU00053: 1) For inspection purposes, please fill out the enclosed "AZPDES - Posting Requirements" green sheet, and post at construction entrance of the site at beginning of construction activities and maintain this posted document throughout project construction. 2) Sediment and erosion controls shall be discussed at the Pre-construction meeting between the Contractor and Development Services Engineering Inspector, and stormwater runoff controls shall be updated regularly to address monsoon conditions. 3) Call for Pre-construction meeting, intermediate and final inspections. For a DSD Engineering Inspection, call IVR (740-6970), or contact DSD Engineering at 837-4991, or schedule inspections online at: http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Online_Services/Online_Permits/online_permits.html 4) A copy of the Grading Plan, Grading Permit, and any Geotechnical Reports shall be kept at the site at all times, until final grading approval. 5) See the associated Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan as a part of this grading permit. 6) See the associated Floodplain Use Permit as a part of this grading permit. 7) Any revision to the Grading Plan may require a re-submittal of a revised grading plan for review. Any revision to the actual disturbance area as identified on the grading limits shall be approved by Landscaping and Engineering Inspectors. This includes any areas proposed for construction staging area, or construction materials, or vehicle parking. Contact DSD Engineering at 791-5550 to discuss changes in grading design. 8) If grading construction is expected to last longer than the expiration date of the grading permit, contact DSD to renew/extend the Grading Permit. If Final Grading Inspection has not been completed before the Grading Permit expires, and the permit has not been renewed, additional fees and reviews may be required. 9) Special inspection required for any toedown structures. Call for DSD Engineering Inspection. 10) Contractor shall remove the fine materials from the bottom of the basin(s) and scarify the basin(s) bottom once the construction activities are completed in order to remove any fine material build up caused by construction and to restore soil percolation. 11) Assurance release inspection is required for release of assurances. 12) As-builts and letters of completion for erosion protection, basins, and overall project are required. 13) For the release of the reseed bond and to close grading permit, a final grading approval is necessary. The permitee shall notify the DSD when the grading operation is ready for the final grading inspection. Final grading approval shall not be given until all work, including installation of all drainage improvements and their permanent protective devices, and all erosion control measures have been completed in accordance with the approved grading plan and grading permit, and all conditions of permit are completed. 14) Prior to request for final inspection approval, all outstanding grading permit fees shall be paid, including any additional re-inspection fees. 15) Contact Permits and Codes (791-5100) for any questions regarding right-of-way permit requirements. 16) Separate building permit applications are required for any walls. 17) All footers, walls, or retaining systems shall be fully constructed within the boundaries of the project site. No grading or construction activity shall occur beyond the parcel boundary. 18) There shall be no disturbance or stockpiling outside of the disturbance/grading limits, and no grading shall begin until all required SWPPP controls are installed. 19) There shall be no disturbance of the Camino De Oeste Wash. Any disturbance to the wash may result in Stop Work Order, revision to the drainage report and revised grading plan. Heavy duty construction fence is required along north grading limit boundary of south portion to be graded and the south grading limit boundary of the north portion.
