Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved tentative plat. 3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat. Additional comments may be forthcoming. 4. Zoning is willing to review the grading plan revisions over the counter with a scheduled appointment. The reviewing agencies that have already stamped the grading plan sheets will have to re-stamp the revised sheets. It may be necessary to contact the other reviewers to schedule the re-stamp all at the same time. |
