RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: 4 COPIES OF THE GRADING PLAN AND SWPPP APPROVED: DRAINAGE STATEMENT APPROVED: STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN 1. A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal. 2. The Site Plan is currently in review. Any changes made to the Site Plan must be reflected on the Grading Plan. The Site Plan and Grading Plan must match. 3. Provide a cross section detail through the landscape border. Include the ROW and the Building. Provide appropriate dimensions and label accordingly. If curb and sidewalk are located within the ROW include in the detail. (See comment 11) The above comment is from the first review. It is acknowledged that a cross section detail has been provided on sheet 4. The request was made to include ROW information in the cross section. Detail 15 does not show any ROW information. Provide either on the plan view or in detail 15; the distance from the property line to the face of curb or the end of pavement, indicate if there is existing or proposed sidewalk, include the width. Revise appropriately. SWPPP COMMENTS 1. Please submit 4 copies of the SWPPP with the next submital. |
