Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: 3 COPIES OF THE GRADING PLAN AND SWPPP APPROVED: DRAINAGE STATEMENT 1. A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal. 2. The Site Plan is currently in review. Any changes made to the Site Plan must be reflected on the Grading Plan. The Site Plan and Grading Plan must match. 3. The grading plan indicates grading to match existing grades outside the property line along Cherrybell Stravenue. Be advised that a Right of Way (ROW) Permit will be required for any work within the ROW. 4. On the grading application the fill quantities read 115 cubic yards. On the grading plan Sheet C2 the fill quantities read 511 cubic yards. Which is correct? Please address in your response letter and appropriately on the grading plan. 5. Clearly indicate area of disturbance on the grading plan. If a line weight is used, indicate the line weight in the legend. 6. Under the General notes on sheet C2 include the total site area and the area of disturbance. 7. The project is going be phased. Indicate on the grading plan the phasing and label appropriately. 8. Show roof drainage (flow arrows). DS 2-02.2.1.A.16 9. Provide erosion protection underneath the roof down spout located on the west side of the building. 10. Provide a cross section detail through the landscape border. Include the ROW and the Building. Provide appropriate dimensions and label accordingly. If curb and sidewalk are located within the ROW include in the detail. (See comment 11) 11. Show the depth of the water harvesting areas in the landscape border. Either by a general note or label on the plan. (See comment 10) 12. Indicate on each concentration point that the calculated 100 year flow (Q100) amounts are existing. 13. Include the existing and proposed overall site 100 year flow (Q100) amounts found in the drainage statement, under the section Onsite Hydrology, second paragraph. SWPPP COMMENTS 1. Provide signatures for the Owner/Operator Certification on page 2. |
