Include plans/redlines from previous plan submittal. 2. Sheet 1, PIA plan will be approved once Book & Page is indicated. 3. Sheet 1, Add note to General or Paving Notes: Pavement Section Design documentation, are in accordance to the approved Geotechnical Report, Report Name and Firm Name. 4. Add note to General or Paving Notes: All construction activity and test methods shall be in conformance with Pima County/City of Tucson Standard Specifications for Public Improvements (PC/COT SSPI) 2003 Edition. 5. Sheet 2, Turn Stationing numbers right side up. See redlines for correction. 6. Sheet 2, Right Gutter profile Elevations shall be aligned with the grid lines. Correct and revise. See redlines. 7. Sheets 2 & 4, A handicap access ramp is required at street intersections Levy Drive and Glades Avenue by Lot 15 or Lot 16 for street crossing. See redlines for location. 8. Sheets 3 & 4, Remove the Profile Elevations and indicate the correct Elevations for the Left, Right and Center profiles. 9. Install mid-block handicap ramps every 300 linear feet on continuous sidewalks both sides of the street. Location of ramps will be at property line of two adjacent properties. Indicate a fully dimensioned detail of mid-block handicap ramp. 10. Sheet 5, Details 1 & 2; A minimum of 2-foot buffer must be provided between top of slope and sidewalk (natural slopes). See redlines for corrections. 11. Sheet 5, Detail 4; Scupper Plan view indicates the 10-foot curb transition is placed incorrectly. The straight edge of the curb transition is to have a continuous flow and gutter line. The scupper is to be extended to the gutter line. Correct and revise. See redlines for corrections. 12. Sheet 6, Detail 4; Indicate structural details or call out Standard Detail 205.5 Correct and revise. 13.
