4. Provide detail on how distrubed bank protection will be repaired.
5. Provide flap gate detail for proposed pipe culvert outlet.
6. Provide filter fabric for proposed rock rip-rap.
7. For section A/1 indicate the portion not in right-of-way as "NOT PART OF P.I.A.
8. For section A/1, existing improvement plan sheets (D-87-10) seems to indicate other items insalled in the drainageway? Please check and note on plan if applicable.
9. The plan indicates a sewer lift station within the retention area. If the lift station fails will flow be diverted into the wash via the proposed stormdrain?

10/12/2005 LANCE PETERSON DOT STREET MAINTENANCE REVIEW Approv-Cond We have reviewed these plans and have the following comments:

1) Please provide a Streets and Traffic Maintenance Signature Block.

Per our phone conversation with the designers (10/12/05 - 9:05 AM), the storm drain pipe and roadway are already in place. No asphalt patching will be required.

3) Existing structures and roadways should be called out for clarity.
