General note 8, make the comment to read " ...Traffic Engineering 48 hrs prior..." 3. General note 9, the title of the referenced manual is "The Manual ON Uniform..." not of. 4. There are 17 notes required from sheet 2-1 of the Pavement Marking Design Manual. This plan only lists 15. 5. Show new R2-1(25) signs at access points to the project. (sheet 2, 8) 6. Show no parking signs where there is to be no parking. Provide signs in both plan and section. (sheet 8, 9) 7. Orient the section callout number at lot 76 (sheet 9) so that it is clearly section 9. 8. Show R1-1 signs at the egress points from the project. 9. Show R6-1R sign in the median at the eastern access point to the site. 10. Add additional R3-5R sign as noted on sheet 10. 11. WG6 should be 2x6 vice 2x10 as currently indicated. D. The following comments, at a minimum, must be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Sheet 1 of 10: Provide the notes as attached on Sheet 1. 2. Sheet 1 of 10: Use the title block as attached on Sheet 1. 3. Remove the signature line for Traffic Engineer, see the title block attached on Sheet 1. 4. Move the typical roadway section from Sheet 1 to the appropriate sheet. 5. Please indicate the pavement section for 22nd street. 6. Sheet 1 of 10: Include Book and Page. 7. Indicate curb radii and BCR and ECR stationing for all curb returns indicated in plans (Typical). 8. Sheet 2 of 10: In addition to railing on the back of the scupper include railing in front due to relatively large drop. 9. Call out standard detail for all ramps indicated on plans. In addition provide ramp DETAIL ON PLANS for each type of ramp used (typical). 10. Sheet 9 of 10: Indicate parking in roadway cross section 8. 11. Sheet 9 of 10: Include parking on both sides of the roadway for cross section 9, DSMR must be obtained for deviation of standards per City Development Standards and Land Use Code. 12. Sheet 10 of 10: Place paving plan details on a separate sheet (Paving Plan sheet). 13. Sheet 10 of 10: 22ND Street Paving Plan detail: Provide corresponding vertical profile for new curbing along 22nd Street. 14. Sheet 10 of 10: 22ND Street Paving Plan detail: Per rezoing condition 32.6. (per approved Tentative Plat) provide " installation of an additional 12 feet of pavement and the north curb and sidewalk for the entire 22nd St. frontage." Extend paving and taper, and include corresponding sidewalk and ramp per requirements. 15.
