12/14/2007 GARY WITTWER DOT LANDSCAPE REVIEW Denied 1. I do not see any approval stamp from DSD for the Native Plant Preservation Ordinance. Has it been submitted?

2. Many of our rules have changed since 05. I am in discussion with Management on who will maintain this project long term. The City does not have the budget to accept any addition projects. We would need a written guarantee that the landscape and irrigation would be maintained by the developer. This would make the irrigation system private and create another problem with private irrigation lines in public roadways. (see your general note #13)

3. See Streets notes for irrigation comments.
