Please have the following review comments addressed prior to the next submittal. Paving Plan: 1. Remove signature lines for Pima County Waste Water, City of Tucson, Parks and Recreation and Tucson Water from the cover sheet. 2. Revise title block to reflect attached sample title block. 3. All strip paving will requires a thickened edge treatment, see attached detail. 4. Any proposed sidewalk along a roadway listed on the "City of Tucson Major Streets and Roadway" needs to be a minimum of six (6) foot wide. 5. Provide a tapered pavement section treatment starting at Sta. 47+33.03. 29.23' LT (Wilmot Road) and 68+00, 11.00' LT (Wilmot Road), see attached detail. 6. Provide a curb terminal section per PC/COT Sta. Dtl. 212 at all curb terminations. 7. Label the proposed curb access ramp at Sta. ± 51+20, 50.00' LT. 8. Provide a complete detail of the proposed sidewalk scupper at Sta. 57+54.76, 39.00' LT on plan set. 9. Provide complete details of the proposed box culvert across Wilmot Road on plan set. 10. Provide a survey monument per PC/COT Sta. Dtl. 103 at the intersections of all public streets within the limits of the proposed new pavement section. 11. Submit an approved drainage report for the proposed improvements in the public right-of-way with subsequent submittal. 12. Submit approved tentative for the associated development with subsequent submittal. 13. Add administrative address on cover sheet. 14. Add developer and or owners information on cover sheet. 15. Provide a legend for the symbols, hatching and lines used on cover sheet. 16. Resubmit paving plans only when plans are 100% complete and sealed by engineer-of-record. 17. Please add the following notes to the General/Paving Notes of the Paving Plans: a. The City shall not be held liable for any errors and/or omissions on these plans. Items not meeting City Standards shall be repaired/replaced at no cost to the City. b. All Drainage infrastructures, indicated on the plans, are in accordance to the approved Drainage Report approved by Development Services Department. c. The Engineer of Record shall submit to the City for acceptance any changes to the approved plans prior to construction. Additionally, the Engineer of Record shall certify all changes meeting all applicable standards, codes, and ordinances. d. A Floodplain Use Permit No. has been issued by Development Services Department for work impacting City and FEMA Floodplains.
