The drainage addendum mentions that the proposed storm drain is to tie-into an existing storm drain. However, the report does not document if the existing storm drain has the capacity to convey the additional flow. 5. Please add the notes as attached and remove the redundant notes accordingly. 6. How will vehicles be prevented from entering the proposed drainage catch basin? Should a physical barrier be placed to mitigate vehicles from driving into to the proposed drainage sump? 7. According to the plan the proposed improvements will encroach onto private property, Will be private property be obtained and dedicated to public r/w? |

Will there be any deliniation to help keep traffic in the desired lanes. The medians and the round-about all have concrete header, which is flush with the existring asphalt. What will keep traffic fom driving over the headers? 5.
