The following comments, at a minimum, must be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Previous comment no.3 not addressed "Sheet 2 of 18: Detail all type of ramps to be used in project. Include truncated domes for each ramp per ADA requirements (This is a Typical comment)." Detail all type of ramps to be used in project, this means drawing the detail on the plans. 2. Previous comment no. 5 not addressed "Sheet 2 of 18: Post barricades in pavement section? Revise accordingly." Post barricades must be included on these plans if barricades are in the right-of-way. Revise accordingly. 3. Previous comment no.6 not addressed "Sheet 2 of 18: Provide scupper at proposed depressed curb opening at Sta 14+15.00, 15' LT. (Typical comment revise others accordingly)." Provide scupper per City Standard details, the proposed depressed opening is a liability to the City (City Taxpayer) it may be interpreted as an driveway opening. 4. Previous comment no.9 not addressed "Sheet 4 of 18: Provide vertical curve for changes in grade greater than 1% (typical comment), for example provide vertical curve between station 5+33.04 and 5+39.04." Per City Development Standards, vertical curves are required for changes in greater than 1%. This is required to provide a safe roadway. Revise accordingly. 5. Previous comment no.10 not addressed "Check horizontal alignment (change in horizontal curvature, or in this case the lack thereof) in accordance to AASHTO Green Book guidelines for geometric design (Typical comment)." 6. Previous comment 11 not addressed "Post barricades in pavement section? Revise accordingly." 7. Previous comment 12 not addressed "Post barricades in pavement section? Revise accordingly." 8. Previous comment 18 not addressed "Sheet 11 of 18: The work along Congress should be all offsite." 9. Previous comment 21 not addressed "Sheet 11 of 18: Detail special pavement on plans." This means detailing the proposed pavement section including thickness of AC, ABC and types of asphalt mix per City Standards and Specifications. 10. Sheet 2/18, the stop sign at the intersection of Paseo de Los Zanjeros/Congress is labeled keynote 27. It should be keynote 25. 2. Sheet 5/18, there are (2) keynote 26 labeled at the intersection of Clearwater/Avenida del Palo Fierro, but the legend states that keynote 26 is not used. 3. Sheet 5/18, there are (2) keynote 25 labeled at the intersection of Clearwater/Avenida del Palo Fierro appearing to point at the delineator for the separation of onsite and offsite improvements. Keynote 25 is for a stop sign. 4. Sheet 11/18, there is a keynote 27 at the intersection of Congress/Calle de Los Sapos. Keynote 27 is not listed in the legend on this sheet. Why is the keynote legend different on this sheet compared to all the others. Keynote 25, 26 are different on this sheet than all the others. Please be consistent. 5. Sheet 18/18, there is a keynote 2 near the western edge of Calle de La Cosecha that seems to be out of place. 6. The submitted striping plan is approved. D.
