The elevation certificate (based on construction drawings) that was submitted was not completely filled out. Section B11 must be filled out prior to approval of the floodplain use permit. It must be clear which datum was used (NGVD 1929 or NAVD1988). Revise accordingly. 3. Indicate the datum used for the finish floor elevation and the water surface elevation in a general note on the site plan. 4. Indicate the water surface elevation on the site plan. 5. Be advised once construction is complete, a condition of this permit contains a requirement that the applicant, or the applicant's authorized representative, complete a FEMA Elevation Certificate and is returned to the Development Services Department (DSD) Engineering Division prior to approval of final inspection. The original elevation certificate must be returned to the DSD Engineering Division. |
