Development Services Department Engineering Division has done a preliminary review of the received items and does not recommend approval of the Floodplain Use Permit application at this time until the following comments are addressed. FLOODPLAIN USE PERMIT COMMENTS: 1) Provide addendum to the master drainage report that provides the following information for the A zone: a) The depth of flow for the 100-year of event for the parcel. b) Provide recommended minimum finished floor elevations for each building structure. If the depth varies at the different building locations on the parcel, assure that each building structure minimum FFE is 1 foot above the regulatory flow depth. 2) Label minimum FFE on the plan. 3) An elevation certificate will be required to be completed and submitted to the Development Services Department Engineering Division, after the pad elevations for each building is established as well as after the foundation is completed to show that the FFE meets the approved FFE recommended by the consultant.
