SUBMIT: HYDROLOGY REPORT, OVERLAY ZONE APPLICATION TO THE COMMUNITY DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE (CDRC) OFFICE (Please contact Patricia Gehlen, CDRC Manager, for further submittal requirements).


1. The proposed wall is within High School Wash which is regulated wash under the provisions of Chapter 29, Article VIII, Watercourse Amenities, Safety and Habitat. A separate overlay review process must take place simultaneously with this review. Contact Patricia Gehlen, 791-5550 extension 1179, for submittal requirements. The overlay submittal must be processed through the CDRC office. Please refer to the submitted Overlay zone application and procedure process document.

2. The proposed wall is within a FEMA Flood Hazard Area Zone AE. A hydrology report is required to be submitted when development occurs within a flood hazard area. Refer to the Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management 2.3 for report format and content.
