Add a note to the site plan indicating the datum used for the finish floor elevation (FFE) and the water surface elevation (WSE) found in the drainage report. 2. Add a note to the site plan referencing the FIRM panel number and the flood hazard zone. Indicate the parcel is entirely in a FEMA flood hazard area, Zone AE. 3. Each structure built in a flood hazard area is required to have a Floodplain Use Permit per structure. One floodplain use permit application is in the submitted documents. Apply for a second floodplain use permit application with the next submittal. Chapter 26-11(a). 4. For plan clarity specify the exact number representing the FFE and the WSE on the site plan found in the drainage report. 5. Please note a condition of this permit contains a requirement that the applicant, or the applicant's authorized representative, complete a FEMA Elevation Certificate and is returned to DSD Engineering prior to approval of special inspection. |
