Park Ave. DATE: 22 June 2005 ACTIVITY NUMBERS: T5OT01314/T05CM00552 T14S, R14E, Section 31 Engineering Division has reviewed the Subject item (drainage report). Approval is not recommended at this time. Tucson Code, Section 26-11.2 (i) requires an engineering study review fee of $150.00 (including review of first resubmittal). Please provide this fee and a revised drainage report addressing the comments provided below. 1. Provide notation that the owner/developer agrees to (1) have an Arizona Registered Professional Land Surveyor certify the lowest floor elevations of the new structure within the floodplain; and (2) obtain a floodplain use permit from City Engineering - Development Services Department (DS 10-02, Sec. 5.2.6). 2. Please provide specific erosion protection recommendations for the building pad/fill during the 100-year storm event.
