The spur will be a minimum of three (3) feet in depth, will have a three (3) foot radii, and will have a wheel barrier to prevent encroachment onto any unsurfaced areas. A minimum distance of three (3) feet will be provided between the back of spur and any wall, screen or other obstruction over six (6) inches in height. When the last space in a bay of parking is wider than eight and one-half (8 1/2) feet, the back-up spur can be refused in size, subject to approval by the Traffic Engineer. 11. As per the Federal ADA requirements, all wheel chair ramps shall have the Truncated Domes instead of the standard grooves shown on City of Tucson Standard Detail 207. Aside from the Truncated Domes, the wheel chair ramps shall be constructed in accordance with Standard Detail 207. Correct and revise. 12. Sheet 2 of 2, graphically indicate where the drainage detail is to be shown on the lot. 13. Indicate Water Harvesting Areas to be 6 inches. |
