It is acknowledged that the requested information from the second review has been provided on the site plan, the finish floor elevation, water surface elevation for each structure has been provided along with the datum. The information provided in the drainage report is accpetable. The floodplain use permit is approvable, however can not be approved until a site plan has been formally submitted. The site plan, site plan permit application and the floodplain use permit application must be submitted together. 2. Please note a condition of this permit contains a requirement that the applicant, or the applicant's authorized representative, complete a FEMA Elevation Certificate and is returned to DSD Engineering prior to approval of special inspection. |
