Is the intent of this project to split the lot into three lots? Please address in the response letter. 2. The objective of a Hydrology Report is to establish finish floor elevations (FFE) for structures located in an area that is affected by 100-yr flows. Which this project is affected by 100-yr flows. The Hydrology Report does not establish FFEs for the structures. The floodplain use permit will not be approved until water surface elevations (WSE) and FFEs are established for each structure. A datum for the WSE and the FFE must also be provided. Clearly indicate the WSE, FFE and datum used. 3. Please note the above requested information must be on the site plan. The site plan will not be approved unless the FFE and WSE for each structure has been provided. The datum used must also be shown on the site plan. 4. Please note a condition of this permit contains a requirement that the applicant, or the applicant's authorized representative, complete a FEMA Elevation Certificate and is returned to DSD Engineering prior to approval of special inspection. |
