1. Dimension width of all PAALs. Some PAALs do not appear to meet the minimum width of 24 feet for a two-way drive.

2. Accessible pedestrian path may not be located between the accessible parking space and the PAAL providing access to that space.

3. To verify the required vehicle parking please include the existing and/or proposed uses in the parking calculation.

4. Provide the loading zone calculation and label and dimension all loading zones required and provided.

5. Any new free standing signage shall be labeled and dimensioned. Include sight visibility triangles and right-of-way information.

6. Where is the pedestrian path from the buildings to the right-of-way?

7. Wheelstops shall be located two and one-half (2 ½) feet from the front of the parking space. Provide dimension.

8. Indicate the location of the new screen wall.

9. Verify encroachment of parking area beyond property line located in the northeast portion of the site.

10. What does keynote 13 area represent?
