(Advisory comment) Thank you for adding the acknowledgement regarding the use of data/results from other drainage submittals. As you know, a standard comment on our response letters goes something like "the drainage report was reviewed for ____________ purposes only". Thus, it's up to the consultant to ensure that the data/results are applicable to the current project. 2. (Advisory comment) Thank you for the acknowledgement that offsite property (and easement?) owner permission will be needed for construction of the offsite channel. 3. (Advisory comment) Depending on the timing of the project, the owner may wish to initiate discussions with the City to determine if the proposed channel provides a public benefit for which the City of Tucson would assume maintenance of the channel. 4. Based upon the provided topography, I do not see anything that prevents the outflanking of the low berm discussed in the first paragraph on Page 5. Thus, it would appear that RS 9-11 in the existing conditions analysis should not be analyzed assume no flow below the level of the top of berm. This has ramifications for comparison of the existing conditions and proposed conditions analyses for conformance to the City's floodplain ordinance. Please address Comment #4.
