The purpose of this submittal and review is to establish possible development scenarios for future development. 1. If results of the BSMF submittals are used, the consultant should state that they accept these results. 2. The proposed channel along the east side of the property appears to be, primarily, on another parcel. Permission must be obtained from the adjacent property owner for construction on that property. 3. Address maintenance of the offsite drainage channel. The hydraulic analyses assume an n-value typical of clean earthen channels. Inspection of the area shows that the channels, in general, are poorly maintained and would not have a n-value typical of clean earthen channels. 4.
