1. The finish floor elevation on the site plan must match the recommended FFE in the Drainage Report. The drainage report recommends an FFE of 2465.0 NGVD29. The site plan indicates an FFE of 2464.50 NGVD29. Revise the site plan to show the recommended FFE in the drainage report.

2. Add a general note to the site plan stating the entire property is in FEMA Flood Hazard AE.

3. Please note a condition of this permit contains a requirement that the applicant, or the applicant's authorized representative, complete a FEMA Elevation Certificate and is returned to DSD Engineering prior to approval of special inspection.
