08/29/2005 DAN CASTRO ZONING REVIEW Denied COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Site plan may not be approved prior to SCZ approval. SCZ plan is currently under a twenty-day public comment period, which expires on August 31, 2005 and a fourteen day appeal period then commences. Once the fourteen-day appeal period expires successfully, Zoning Review may then stamp and approve the site plan.

2. Review of this plan by the Zoning Review Section may be done over the counter. Please contact Dan Castro to set an appointment.

Site Plan:
1. Per the your response comments, all buildings were removed form the WASH mitigation area, hence the changes done on the site plan for this submittal. However, portions of the buildings were not removed from the WASH mitigation area and will be required to be completely removed if the resource area and/or mitigation plans omitted. All plans in the submittal should reflect the removal of buildings out of the resource area, not just the site plan.
2. The SWPPP review is done concurrently with the Grading plan. Please resubmit the SWPPP along with the Grading review.
Floodplain Use Permit:
1. The FUP cannot be approved prior to the grading plan. Re-submit along with the grading plan.
Drainage Report:
1. Please submit a detailed response letter to the review comments along with the corrected copies of the DR.
2. Addendums to the DR are not accepted. The addendum must be incorporated into the original DR.
3. Revise all maps and reports to reflect the current changes shown on the site plan.
Stormwater pollution prevention plan:
1. The SWPPP review is done concurrently with the Grading plan. Please resubmit the SWPPP along with the Grading review. The SWPPP will be reviewed at time.
