NOTE: ALL COMMENTS ARE FROM THE PREVIOUS SUBMITTAL. REVISE AND RE-SUBMIT AS REQUIRED. Site Plan: 1. The Site Plan, Grading plan and W.A.S.H. mitigation plan must be approved by the pertaining DSD departments prior to the issuance of the FUP. Comment No. 2 must also be satisfied by Landscaping and Zoning. 2. An Overlay Zone Application for a W.A.S.H. review will be required and must be included with the re-submittal. Inquire with the zoning dept. for applicability and procedure. 3. No record was found indicating the submittal of the W.A.S.H. mitigation plan. 4. A Grading permit and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) will be required for this project. The SWPPP review is done concurrently with the Grading plan. Please resubmit the SWPPP along with the Grading review. Floodplain Use Permit: 1. The FUP cannot be approved prior to the grading plan, site plan W.A.S.H. Mitigation plan. Re-submit along with the grading plan. Drainage Report: 1. The DR has been accepted for site plan purposes only. The final acceptance will be done at the grading plan stage. Stormwater pollution prevention plan: 1. The SWPPP review is done concurrently with the Grading plan. Please resubmit the SWPPP along with the Grading review. The SWPPP will be reviewed at time.
