RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Site Plan, Drainage Report and Flood Plain Use permit.

The Site Plan (SP), Hydrology Report (HR) and Flood Plain Use Permit (FUP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Site Plan:

1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the SP.
2. An Overlay Zone Application for an E.R.Z. review may be required and is included with the comments. Inquire with the zoning dept. for applicability.
3. The Estes wash listed in the TDOT web site as being Xeroiparian Intermediate Habitat and an Environmental Resource Zone. A Mitigation Plan is required when disturbing any area within the floodplain
4. Please label all vehicular, bicycle, pedestrian, and handicapped circulation clearly identified per D.S. 2-02.2.1.12.
5. Show the limits of the 100-year floodplain and water surface elevation per D.S. 2-02.2.1.15.
6. Please provide Drainage patterns and finished grades per D.S. 2-02.2.1.16.
7. Please list estimated cut & fill quantities per D.S. 2-02.2.1.17. List the fill as zero if there is no fill for this project.
8. Please provide existing topographic contours at intervals not exceeding two (2) feet and/or spot elevations as pertinent and Bench Mark based on City of Tucson Datum, including City Field Book and page number per D.S. 2-02.2.1.23.
9. List the consulting engineer and the owner/developer on the plans with the pertinent information.
10. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas 6" maximum for water harvesting".
11. A Stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) may be required depending on the area that is disturbed. Contact Paul P. Machado at 791-5550 x1193.


Floodplain Use Permit:
1. The FUP cannot be approved prior to the Site Plan and Hydrology Report.

Hydrology Report:
1. A Hydrology report is required for parcels affected by 100 year flows of 100 cfs, of more per S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.1.2.
2. The content and format of the Hydrology report should follow S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.1.3.
3. Show the project address on the cover of the Hydrology report.
4. Drainage patterns shall not be altered. Drainage must enter and exit the site in the same place and manner.
