4. The vehicle parking spaces provided are scaled at 29 feet in length yet the note states they are to be 20 feet in length. Please revise for consistency. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.8)

5. Per LUC sec. 3.3.4 "Commercial Storage" and LUC Sec. 3.3.3.5, two (2) Class 2 bicycle parking spaces are required. Provide a note under the parking calculation, which states the number and class type required and provided. In addition, indicate the location on the plan and provided a fully dimensioned detail. 1. Depict and label new concrete Driveway Aprons to be constructed (per Pima County/City of Tucson Standard Detail 206) at both driveway locations.
2. Dimension the ingress/egress and Parking Area Access Lane (PAAL) widths (DS 2-02.2.1 A 11).
3. Depict drainage patterns and proposed finish grades (DS 2-02.2.1 A 16).
4. Provide estimated cut/fill quantities.
5. Provide existing topographic contours at intervals not exceeding 2 feet, and/or spot elevations as pertinent with Benchmark based on City of Tucson Datum with City Field Book and Page # (DS 2-02.2.1 A 23).
6. Identify/label the wall as existing or proposed, and provide wall opening notes and/or detail(s) demonstrating site drainage/conveyance as approved in the Master Drainage Report for Freeway Industrial Park (DS 2-02.2.1 A 27).
