IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS.

1. Change the #6 GND on the transformer secondary to a #4. NEC Table 250.66.
2. Provide transformer grounding as a Derived system per NEC 250.30.
3. Provide a scaled drawing showing the location of all new electrical equipment, and existing service.
4. Clarify the location of the N-G bond. The line diagram indicates that the Grounding Electrode Conductor terminates in Panel 151. It would properly terminate at the fused disconnect. See NEC 250.24.
5. Demonstrate compliance with NEC 240.20 (C) in that the length of conductor from transformer secondary terminals to Panel A OCPA does not exceed 10'.
6. Provide TEP Available fault current at the electrical service.
7. Provide fault calculations for AFC at Panel 151.
8. Please have the above done by a Registered Electrical Engineer. Second review.
