Electrical legend calls for lighting in gate controller, not gates. Please clarify whether the intent is to power gates, or lighting, or both, through Circuits 9 and 11, and provide power requirements or fixture schedule. 4. On the Single Line Diagram, I would question the pullbox inside of a lockable enclosure mounted on a concrete pad. Please insure compliance with all requirements of NEC 110.26. 5. Provide TEP Available Fault Current. If the 100' called for on the Single Line Diagram is intended to keep such fault current under 10,000 A, disregard. 6. Outdoor Lighting Code Compliance appears to refer to the fixtures as 175 MH and 100 MH, whereas the lighting Fixture Schedule calls for 250W MH and 150W MH fixtures, respectively. Please verify correctness of lumen counts. 7. Upon approval of the subject project, Electrical Plans Examiner will apply a stamp with the following wording: "PRIOR TO WORK IN RIGHT-OF-WAY Separate Right-of-Way permit required. Call for layout inspection: 791-4254." Contractor will have the responsibility to follow up in that regard. |
