In any case, please address circuit loadng: for example, the circuit which includes the receptacles in Office 102 does not appear to have a panel/ckt association; the lighting fixture and fan in 106 does not have a panel/ckt association; circuits 13,15, & 17 appear undercounted; tallys in Phases A & C of Panel A appear undercounted, not even considering the above. Please re-check all circuits and correct all which may apply.
2. Please comply with the 2003 IECC for lighting power budget. Reference Section 101.2.2.4.
