DS 2-02.2.1.5 The copy of the lot combination covenant provided is not complete. Provide on the document the Case # T05CM06363 and then re-record the document. Provide on the site plan the new recordation information for the re-recorded covenant (docket and page). 2. DS 2-02.2.1.11 Provide a copy of the cross access agreement with the property to the west. Provide on the site plan the docket and page recordation information for the cross access agreement. 3. DS 2-02.2.1.12 Clearly indicate the location of all truncated domes for all handicap ramps which access vehicular use areas. The truncated domes indicated on detail 7 of SP-2 are not in the correct locations. A 24" deep strip across the entire width of the landing abutting the pavement is required. Se ANSI 117.1-2003 Sec. 406.12 and 406.13. 4.These changes are minor in nature and can be approved over the counter by setting an appointment with me.
