Heat Pump has 3-phase power on the electrical panel schedule, but Equipment Schedule Sheet M-1 specifies single phase power. Coordinate with Mechanical and clarify. 4. Show location of building service entrance on scaled drawing. Note that Site Plan, Sheet SP-1, was not included in review submittal, thus Electrical Plans Examiner can not back-check location of service transformer. 5. The 2003 IECC allows 1.1 W/SF for office spaces, not 1.6. 6. The new panel feeder, #4, only has ampacity of 85A, and as such is not protected by a 100 AF. |
