Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the SP. The following comments were not addressed. Revise the site plan to reflect proper responses to the following comments. 2. Additional spot grades are still needed to ensure positive drainage, and to clearly demonstrate that no nuisance ponding will occur on-site or on adjacent sites due to this proposed project. See the attached redlines for recommended locations of the additional spot grades. 3. If needed call out curb openings in PAAL/parking area to ensure proper drainage into water harvesting locations. 4. The plans do not meet D.S. 6-01.4.1.I which states that "Containers are to be placed so that the collection vehicle does not have to back into moving traffic, on or off the premises. A Development Service Modification Request (DSMR) will be required. The letter from John Clark will be taken into consideration during the DSMR process. Comments are minimal therefore DSD Engineering will allow an over the counter approval once the above comments have been satisfied.
