5. Show the size, routing, and termination of the condensate drains for the rooftop units and for the split-system evaporator. Reference Section 307.2, IMC 2003 and Section 807.2, UPC 2003.
6. Provide a complete design for the installation of the Type I hood, grease duct, and the exhaust fan. Reference Sections 106.3.1,506, and 507, IMC 2003.
7. Provide structural calculations to show that the roof structure will accommodate the weight of the hood, grease duct, exhaust fan, and the possible weight of a person working on the hood. Show how the hood will be supported from the structure while maintaining the required clearances from combustible construction and complying with the listing requirements of the hood. Note: the IMC considers wood covered by gypsum board to be combustible construction. Reference Section 507.6, IMC 2003.
8. Revise the site plan to clearly show that the termination of the exhaust fan for the Type I hood complies with Section 506.3.12.3, IMC 2003. Note: color graphics are not suitable for microfilm records. Please use black ink for all parts of the drawing. Reference Section 302.3, Uniform Administrative Code, 1997.
9. Provide information to show that the make up air for the kitchen hood complies with Section 508.1.1, IMC 2003.

1) Code analysis Occupancy Group appears to be incorrect. Church is a assembly occupancy see IBC 2003 section305. Clarify separated or non-separated use.
2) Justify 20% cost of construction being spent toward accessibility requirements per code section 3409.6 IBC 2003. Provide itemized breakdown of costs for items on the drawings.
3) It appears a lot combination has not been completed for this building.
4) Clarify existing framing to justify tributary width for glulam beam.
5) Justify column with structural calculations.
6) Justify footing with structural calculations.
7) Provide weight of exhaust hood and justify with structural calculations the existing framing can carry the new load.
