2. The specified Greenheck Type I backshelf hood is not a compensating hood. Revise detail 1/M1.1 to correspond to the specified hood. Show how the hood and the back supply plenum are to be mounted. Reference Sections 106.3.1 and 304.1, IMC 2000. Note: revise keynote 8, sheet A1.0 to coordinate with the Type I hood requirement.
3. Revise the size of the grease duct to maintain a minimum velocity of 1500 fpm. Reference Section 506.3.5, IMC 2000.
4. Show that the installation of the hood complies with the clearance requirements of Section 507.10, IMC 2000 (detail 1/M1.1 shows no clearances between the double 2x8's and the hood).
