COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. The MS&R reduction for parking spaces as indicated on this plan is incorrect. The correct code section is the Mixed Use Parking Requirements per LUC Sec. 3.3.5.1. Revise the note.

Revise the number of required parking spaces from 65.61 to 66.

2. Provide on the plan the docket and page recording information for the required MS&R covenant. See landscape reviewers comments.
