| 05/12/2006 | PETER MCLAUGHLIN | ZONING | REVIEW | Denied | 1) Revise zoning on sheet A0.2 to read I-1 rather than PAD-1. DS 2-02.2.1.A.28 2) The minimum required text size for microfilming of plans is 12 point (0.12 inches). Revise all lettering and dimensions on sheet A0.2 that does not meet this minimum standard. Also, there are numerous places on this sheet where the text is not clear due to strikeover of characters and shading of driveway area. Revise so that all lettering can be read. 3) Revise bicycle parking calculation on sheet A0.2 to be correct and consistent with the calculation on sheet C1.1. As stated on sheet C1.1, with 141 vehicle parking spaces provided, a total of 11 bike parking spaces are required. Revise calculation. LUC 3.3.3.5 DS 2-02.2.2.A.4 4) Directional signage is required for bicycle parking which is not directly visible from the main entrance to the site. Label the location of signage on the plan. DS 2-09.5.1 5) The configuration of handicapped parking is not the same on the landscape plan as it is on all other plans. Revise plans to be consistent. |
