A copy of the recorded covenant was not found in the submittal package. The response letter dated 11/09/05 states that a copy was submitted. Previous comment remains: The site is comprised of two (2) separate parcels, which must be combined by providing a copy of the recorded City of Tucson Lot Combination Covenant. A copy of the City of Tucson Lot Combination Covenant may be obtained at the Zoning Review counter or online at www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Lot_Combo_Declaration.pdf. 2. Remove the landscape information provided on the site plan drawing. This information should be placed on the landscape plan. Setback dimensions and other site plan information is obstructed by the landscaping. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.6) 3. Clearly show the access aisle on the site plan drawing. What appears to be the access aisle according to the keynotes provided, is obstructed by a wheel stop. How do you get from the access aisle to the sidewalk in front of the building? Is the access aisle flush with the sidewalk in front of the building? Is a ramp proposed? Clarify and provide a detail that shows how a disabled person will utilize the access aisle.
