Please include the Water Surface Elevation (WSE) on the Site Plan. From interpolation, the WSE for this structure is approximately 2400.2' above mean sea level (amsl) per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD '29). 3. Add a note to the site plan indicating the vertical datum used for the finished floor elevation (FFE) and the WSE. 4. Please note the above requested information must be on the site plan. The site plan will not be approved unless the FFE and WSE for the structure have been provided. 5. Your resubmittal needs to include the site plan, the "blue" Floodplain Use Permit application card and the "white" building permit card (#T05CM05064). |
