1) Site plan must be approved before a building permit can be issued. It appears accessibility ramp needs to be revised per the ANSI A117.1 2003 at Jackson St. A 48"x30" flat area between trash enclosure drive apron and ramp needs to be provided.

2) Accessible means of egress are required see section 3406 change of occupancy requires the building to be fully accessible. See section 3409.3.
Please revise notes on drawings to clarify this is a wheel chair lift.

3) Clarify / justify corridor space outside of dwelling unit 3 and dwelling unit 5 per section 1016.3. A dead end results whether or not egress elements open into it. This design is not code compliant. The building official is willing to consider the dead end corridor if the gate is shifted to 24ft down corridor and efforts are made to not appear that this is a exit. Appeal should be filed.
Waiting for smoke flow simulation to justify that ventilation is adequate.

4) Clarify / justify atrium space per section 404. Provide smoke flow simulation if no exhaust system is going to be provided.

5) Provide structural calculations and detailing to justify/clarify the ceiling mount of electrical transformers.
