This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, highlighting any changes, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating action taken. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: All corrections and revisions shall be made on original tracings or finished reproducible set. Return this set and a copy along with a set of the first submission. Pen or pencil corrections on final prints will not be acceptable. To avoid delays, ensure that all corrections have been made, are complete, and have been coordinated on all applicable detail and note sheets. 1. Provide underground facility tracer wires per DSD Memo, 10/24/2005. FOUNDATION PLANS: 1. Detail the post foundation with 12" below finished grade, anchor bolt and rebar size. 2. Each sole plate requires an anchor bolt at each end. STRUCTURAL PLANS: 1. Show a beam size for supporting the roof structure on the east wall. 2. Show consistent rafter spacing, 16" o.c. sheet 6, and 24" o.c. sheet 7. 3. Provide sufficient nailing for the sofit, sheet 8. PLUMBING PLANS: 1. Show vent (VTR) size. ELECTRICAL PLANS: 1. Label circuit 23 on the panel schedule for the storage room. 2. Provide a circuit connection to the exhaust fan in the storage room. 3. An arc-fault circuit interrupter shall protect bedroom (sleeping area) outlets including lights circuit 3 and smoke detectors circuit 19, E3802.11. INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE: 1.
