| 10/07/2005 | DAN CASTRO | ZONING | REVIEW | Denied | COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1. Please note the special exception land review case for this project as a general note (SE-05-20) on the site plan. Conditions listed on the approval letter shall be noted in the above-required general note. In your response letter to these site plan review comments, indicate how each condition has been met. 2. The site plan provided on sheet A-1 shows a retention basin and existing canopy that are not shown on the most recent approved site plan (approved 2000) included as reference. In addition, to these items, vehicle parking areas and pedestrian paths from the existing sanctuary to both street frontages are in a different configuration or are not provided at all. Please address these changes through the site review process for this project. Engineering review may be required for the retention basin. Please contact the engineering reviewer for this project to inquire. If these changes have been approved through another site plan, provide a copy of the approved site plan with the resubmittal of this plan. 3. Additional comments may be forthcoming as a result of comment number two (2). 4. Per Dave Koss, Real Estate Division of the Transportation Department, we do not have an approved lease agreement for this project. The agreement is to allow for the proposed antenna on a TEP power pole located within public right-of-way. Contact Mr. Koss at 791-4181 for information regarding the lease agreement required. A copy of the lease agreement must be provided to the Zoning Review section prior to site plan approval. If you have any questions about this transmittal, please call Dan Castro, (520) 791-5608 ext. 1180. An appointment is required to discuss these comments in person. |
