| 10/12/2005 | LINDA BUCZYNSKI | ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Approved | |
| 10/18/2005 | DAN CASTRO | ZONING | REVIEW | Denied | 1. A copy of the stamped approved site plan, landscape plan, and NPPO plan shall be inserted into each building plan set. One stamped approve set was submitted for this building plan review. 2. Proposed building 3 on the site plan shows a breezeway and the floor plan on sheet A1.1 does not. Revise one or the other for consistency. 3. Building heights provided on the elevation drawings are higher than the building heights proposed on the site plan. For example, on the approved site plan, building 3 is labeled as having a 13'6" height to the top of the structure. The east elevation on sheet A2.2 has a building height well over 14 feet from design grade measured to the top of the parapet wall. Re-check all building wall heights shown in the elevation drawings and provide dimensions from design grade to the highest point of the exterior building wall (top of parapet wall). If the proposed building heights require a greater building setback than what is shown on the approved site plan, a revised site plan will be required and Design Development Option approval will be required for the insufficient interior perimeter yard/s. |
