1. Keynote 6 please change the 12" burial depth to a minimum cover of 18" from the top of the conduit to finished grade. Reference NEC Table 300.5.
2. New office should use 4 1/2 VA per SF. Reference NEC Table 220.3 (A), for Offices. Note Footnote b, which adds 1 VA to 3 1/2 VA.
3. Can not approve plans since service load calculations exceed existing capacity. Please revise total per Comment #2 above. You could perform a site survey, or wait for the 30-day reading, or provide an alternate design for a 600A service while waiting for the readings.
4. Size the overcurrent protective device for the New Panel MO feeder.
